Terms of use

The resume builder, the templates, the ATS checker and the guides are provided free of charge, with no account required. You own everything you write, and the documents you export are yours to use for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.

The site is provided “as is”. We make no guarantee that using it will get you an interview or a job, and no guarantee that a particular applicant tracking system will parse your file the way you expect. Those systems are numerous, proprietary, and change without notice. The templates follow the formatting practices that parse most reliably; that is a strong bet, not a certainty.

The guides are general information, not legal, financial, immigration or career advice for your specific situation.

Drafts are stored only in your own browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing, switching devices or a browser update can remove them, and we have no copy to restore. Use Export backup in the builder if a draft matters to you.

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• scrape or republish the guides wholesale as your own;
• use the site to create documents that misrepresent someone’s identity or credentials.

The written guides, the template designs and the site’s source presentation belong to ResumeWind. You may quote a reasonable extract with a link back. The resume content you type is yours and we claim no rights over it.

The site is supported by advertising. Advertisements are labelled and are kept out of the editor and away from action buttons. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the sites they lead to.

To the extent permitted by law, ResumeWind is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including lost drafts, lost opportunities, or reliance on the guides.

These terms may change; the date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Questions go to contact@resumewind.com.
